Hi, I’m Neil Fleming

I am a mixed Irish, English, Scottish-Canadian settler from Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (Bawating) currently living in Treaty 7 territory (Mohkinstsis).

​

I'm an experienced playwright, scenic designer, producer, filmmaker, mentor, teacher,

board member and arts administrator.

​

I now offer my experience and expertise as a consultant in creative arts and administration.

Playwright

I have been writing plays since 1994. I have produced my own plays at fringes and other new work festivals. I have had my plays workshopped and produced at post-secondary institutions. And I have had many of my plays commissioned and professionally produced. I have taught play-writing to high school, post-secondary, and aspiring adult writers. 

 

It is still my favourite practice.
